How it works

Order before you travel
Select one tent for your group and one personal kit for each person. Every order is confirmed against your festival and arrival day.

We deliver it on site
Kits are packed ahead of the weekend and delivered onto the festival site, so your equipment is waiting for you at the campsite.

Keep it, return it or reuse it
The kit is yours to keep. If you would rather not take it home, choose one of the two return options below.
At the end of the festival
Both options require the kit to be returned in good, reusable condition. Everything we take back is inspected, cleaned and returned to circulation.
Option one — return for credit
30% back
If you do not wish to keep the kit, return it in good condition at the end of the weekend and receive 30% of your original payment.
Option two — store and reuse
Reuse it
Attending another festival with us? Return the kit in good condition, pay a small maintenance fee, and we will service it and deliver it to your next pitch.
